We're at 1412.7 Pounds!
We are now in the extended growing season: post first frost. By covering some crops at night and using a couple cold frames we are still harvesting fresh produce. Here is a recap of the week:
We harvested 26.7 lbs of food! 2.4 lbs were from the 18 eggs our chickens laid. The remaining 24.3 lbs of food was produce. The top producers this week were:
9.5 lbs of swiss chard
7.8 lbs of horseradish
4.9 lbs of sorrel
1.8 lbs of celary
Only 587.3 Pounds To Go !
