This week our chickens laid 34 eggs with a total weight of 4.0 lbs. We only harvested 1 ounce of lettuce that was used on burgers one night. We have a bunch more lettuce ready to harvest, but we were out a lot so did get to enjoy it. With this week's additions we're at 38.5 lbs of food so far this year.
Only 1961.5 lbs to go!
