Seed Savers Requests Highlights: Part 2

A little while back we gave a few highlights of seeds for unique variates of vegetables we received from other members of Seed Savers Exchange.  Almost all of our requests have arrived, and we thought it was time for a second round of highlights.

1.  Northern Lights Tomato:
Large irregular shaped beefsteak type fruits.  Color is light green to light yellow, and then pink starts appearing from the blossom end expanding up looking like the Northern Lights.

2.  Burgundy Traveler Tomato:
Medium sized rose-purple colored tomato.  Said to be among the greatest flavor of all heirloom tomatoes.

3.  Caspian Pink Tomato:
Large pink fruits that have beat out brandywine tomatoes in tastes tests.  Brandywine is one of my personal favorite tomatoes so that's quite a statement!  From the Black Sea region of Russia.

4.  Peter Pepper:
This unusual plant produces mildly hot peppers that turn from green to red when ripe.  But what's really interesting about this pepper is it's shape:

IT'S A PEPPER GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER!
